some call it gugul or commiphora mukul extract its suppose to aid to weight loss and lower bad cholesterol. i have been taking it...so far i've gained a pound..but that could be anything. anyone else have any experiences with weightloss with gugul?

I looked it up and it sounds like it has some cholesterol benefits although they seem to be minimal. From what I've read, there is nothing to suggest that it does anything for weight loss.
