Morning everyone.. I am taking the liberty of starting this thread so that we can get a jump on the challenge and start out from the word go this week! The idea for the challenge is not mine though.. Shan posted the idea..lol It will be a strength training challenge, and Shan I think this is an awesome idea as I have just added strength to my routine... so I think it is a perfect challenge for this week. They say you shouldn't do more then 3 days of strength in a week so this is what our check in template will look like... please copy and paste it into a new post and update that one post accordingly.
