Do you have a good pair of walking shoes? You might want to go get yourself a new pair, and have them fitted. I was amazed the last time I took my 11 yo DD for gym shoes....the man told me that people often buy shoes that don't fit properly....that it is more important for the shoes to fit hwere we need the support than the length of the shoe. He said your foot needs to hit (the ball of the foot) in the right spot, otherwise the shoes do not do what they were designed to fit, and that most of us buy shoes that are too short for us...that we are uncomfortable with shoes that are a couple of cm's longer in the toes. I put my scale away also, but I am a bit nervous to get back on in a couple of weeks......I have had a few sweets lately. But....I am still kicking a$$ and taking names with my workouts.



What an accomplishment
