Hey all - do you guys still do the daily intake thread?

When I used to post here someone would start a thread...

ie

"Daily Intake Thread 10/3/09"

then you post what you plan to eat and add what you did actually eat.

WOuld anyone still like this? Any everyday poster that would volunteer to start the thread every morning?

I was looking for that threat too! Helped me stay on plan and gave me ideas as well

k i guess i will start it for a few days and if everyone likes it we can keep it...
