    I'm from brazil, used to be overweight (still am a bit) but I'm managing to lose weight. I only need to lose a little more but it seems like the last few are the hardest! Well, I hope to help and be helped here and meet some great people!

    Welcome and good luck Have you checked out the featherweights forum ? t}They address the exact problem you are referring to, losing those last few. Yes, they are the hardest !
