I'm travelling for five days, and I have been worried about whether it would be hard to stay on plan.
Day one is finished and no problem! I don't eat out often, so I was surprised to find the grilled tilapia at Applebees was perfect at 310 cals. Then, a first for me, EVER, I walked right into the hotel fitness room and stepped on the treadmill right next to the buff guy and worked out.
Only downer was I stepped on the fitness room scale which weighed me 7 pounds heavier than home-- but I think my home scale is right.
Am really starting to feel like these new habits are getting to seem more like me.
And the nicest thing? It's the first time I've ever packed for a trip where I knew that everything in my closet fit and would look good. It was so much less stressful than usual!!!!

Keep it up! Now that you are FIRMLY into the 240's, you can't slip up and get close to 250! (side note, working my butt off over here to join you soon!)
Most restaurants tend to be mediocre and so it is actually easy for me to choose something simple and be happy with it. My motto is why waste the calories on something I don't really like?
