Hey there all, i'm new here, but not new to the weight loss scene. Though i'm pretty young (22), i've had weight issues my entire life. Now, i look back at pictures of just a few years ago, and wonder how it got this bad. Ideally, I'd like to go from about 190 to 130, but i'd feel great getting to around 160. I love to be active, but I can't run due to very advanced shin splints (plus i hate it!). i'm also a student which has made my time feel so precious.
Additionally, I've struggled a lot with bulimia. I was never skinny from it but because of that, I have so many food issues. Now, I really just need some direction. I'd love to find someone to talk to, to go through this with me, or just to give me that pick me up when i'm sitting on the couch watching TV.
BUT ENOUGH EXCUSES!!!
