My first week down...

  • Well, I finished my first week on the my new wellness quest. I followed WW and worked out everyday and I lost 4.5 pounds, I was pretty happy. I told my hubby and he seemed impressed and said that he didn't think you should lose any faster than that...but still you want to lose more. I feel better and I hope I can keep it up...
  • Let me be the first to congratulate you on a SUCCESSFUL week!!! It is a great accomplishment to get through an entire week of healthy eating and exercise. You reflect and realize, "It wasn't THAT bad!" Keep it up and I hope week 2 is JUST as successful!!!

    Yes you can lose a lot at first and some people will continue to do so for a spell. At some point it will level off and become more of a steady trickle, but it is GREAT you got through the week and can carry that motivation and attitude onto the next week!
