  • Ok as no one else started it....scare yourself slim between 27th September and 1st November so within 5 weeks (kept the same weight in day from last time).

    Everyone feel free to join (pleeeeassssssssssssssssssssee you all keep me so motivated) and I'll keep track of everyone's loses and scare everyone to keep them motivated!

    I think I have been pretty much scarying myself slim the last 6 months so it does work

    Hope everyone's doing well this week. We had fish and chips last night but still hoping for a good loss this week as have been good the rest of the time
  • I have been at this trade show work thing for the last 3 days - so didn't behave myself very well - too scared to weigh myself now until I have put in 1 or 2 well behaved days first!! aagh, and I was doing so well

    Right ladies on back on........BUT!!! weight has now gone up to 10 stone 2lbs...so....humph...but still goal this month is 5 lbs...please....

  • Count me in! I lost 2lbs this morning after being stuck at 185 for a week, so i'm feeling optimistic.

    TOM has reared it's ugly, painful, bloated head. I don't know what it is, but this time around I've been feeling exceedingly ill. I'm hoping to stave off all cravings and workout every day to get myself through this one. Wish me luck ladies!!!

    have had a bad week, and gained weight...am pretty disappointed with myself, had an event last week that I had really set up as a goa;l to look great for.
    And I saw lost of people who hadn't seen me in ages, got lots of compliments, felt really food about myself, and what was the next thing I did....broke ,y diet for 5 days - really and truly what is the story with that??
    Anyway, i hope to get really back on trak as and from today.

    Anyway...you've come so far that one bad week is not the end of the world, don't feel so guilty...and now just work harder!
  • I lost 3lb this week - no idea how I lost the extra pound. Exercise has been a struggle and have been fighting the urge to binge the last few days.

    Ellie, I'm sure the weight you put on will go very quickly after a few days back on plan. You've done so well over the months just draw a line under the last week and start again now. Fresh week and hopefully you will have a good loss this week.

    Ive managed to ditch 2lbs this week care of lots of walking and being kept busy in work so very little snacking heres to the same or better this coming week!
