) and we went out to dinner with my aunt and uncle to a China Kitchen smorg. I tried to be very careful and put green salad on my plate first. Then I picked out just meat and fish but you know what? Things like ginger beef taste really sweet. In fact, just about EVERYthing tasted sweet. I bet it has knocked me right out of ketosis even though I didn't have any extra sauces or rice or noodles. I have no idea what the carb count for the meal was but seeing as I hadn't had any carbs at all until dinner, I'm hoping the damage won't be too great. I've been guzzling water ever since and hoping for the best. I was planning on continuing Induction for a few more weeks anyhow, so I guess it's back to square one tomorrow.
I don't really have a question here. I guess I just want some tea and sympathy.



Caused by the sweet sauces in the Chinese food, no doubt. Man, am I ever sensitive to carbs! Good thing I don't go out for Chinese food too often.
