Hi I just joined the forum. I used the old FS forum a few years back but it's been taken down. I just completed the Master Cleanser and after doing that I always move straight back to the FS Phase 1 detox to continue on. So I'm looking forward to getting back in shape and returning to healthier eathing. I just turned 40 this year and I don't want to battle my weight for the rest of my life. So this is a lifestyle change for me.
