Hi Everyone,
I have recently quit smoking. This coming Tuesday will be 2 weeks and I have noticed a MAJOR jump in my wanting to snack. Part of it is boredom from my lack of smoking habit so I feel like I should be doing something which in turn I find myself opening and closing the refrigerator door 50 times. I have started chewing sugar free gum as that seems to help the fixation a bit.
Any suggestions from those of you dieting that have quit smoking?
