  • A lot of running around today. Not too bad, especially if you factor in the exercise. I hate this 18-23 pt. range. I'm already over, so I have no buffer for my usual late night nibbling. I have some broccoli florettes left over from when I made the salad and some carrots in the frig. Hopefully that will satisfy me.
