I had my first weigh in last night. Much to my surprise, I did not lose any weight. I am bith surprised and disappointed since I thought that I had such a great week.
I'm going to keep going and stay positive, but that was a real kick in the gut!
Wow, I am really surprised about that. Sometimes weight loss seems to take a while to catch up with you.
I remember one week where I did everything right. I stuck to the plan. I worked out regularly and I GAINED 1.8 pounds?!?!?!? I was really dissapointed, but the next week I lost 3.4 pounds, so it just took a while for my body to get into gear. Don't get discouraged and stick with it. Also, make sure you are measuring your foods.
