So I have decided to do it I really want to lose 40 pounds at the moment. I have always had a really tough time losing weight since my energy levels seem to fluctuate from day to day. I have never been much of an eater. Had a terrible diet when I was younger(Never really drank water, ate one meal a day, gulped down soda, etc.etc.) But I have a goal to get healthy now and I really want to see it actually happen. I am not sure on how to go about it I have been trying to consume one 1000 cals a day, read that helps somewhere, not sure if that is healthy... Trying my hardest to stay away from sugar, did really poorly this week, that's gow I found this place searched on how to recover from a bad diet day. LOL
Currently I weight 161 and am 5'2" and my goal is to weigh 120, think that is appropriate for me body, but I have never managed to get past 155, so really need some help if you can.
