I have been trying to lose weight since I was 12, I was very thin as a child, but when I hit puberty I gained a lot of weight. I have been diagnosed with poly-cystic ovarian syndrome, or PCOS.
Having a condition like this make it very difficult to lose weight. I have to work two - three times harder to lose weight. Last year I started this weight lose journey and I lost 25 lbs, but I've slipped up over the past 6 months and I've gained 11 lbs back.
Anyway, I need support from people if I am going to do this right. I felt very much in control with my weight loss plan until my sister moved in and she is a sugar junkie. I really need to get back on track. I weighed 229 lbs, now I am 215 lbs, and my goal is 160. I'm 5'8 and I'm 24 years old.
I know I can't blame my sister for her sugar addiction, and I don't blame her, I blame myself for being weak and giving into temptation.
Hopefully I can meet some new friends and have better fortune this time around.
Thanks for reading everyone!-Guinevere
