Hi everyone! I've been MIA on these boards until now.

I'd like to join in. Last week, I had a 1 lb loss, but I'll take it!
I'm heading out for a walk in the next 20 minutes or so. It should be about 3 miles. I'm finally getting back into exercise mode, woohoo!
I'm ready for a weekly challenge, I'll google and see if I can offer up some suggestions.
