I am an Atkid at heart!
I restrict my carbs even when I am not "dieting" for weight loss, and try to keep any carbs to low glycemic one, like berries and fruit, but small portions. A little oatmeal, or 1/2c. pasta at a time(like in a WW entree). I just feel better this way.
I have used Protien Power(I like spreading the carbs out over the day), CALP, and Schwartzbein Principle. I think the latter is the closest to my goal for how to eat for life.
But I don't loose weight if I eat that many carbs, so it's always back to Atkins for me! Love Dr. A, he's the man!
