I am new here on 3FC....I stumbled across the book at the library and LOVE it!!!

My name is Kim and I was born, raised and currently still living in Miami, Florida. My husband and I have 3 girls....ages 17, 13 and 6.

This is my 2nd time on the SBD and have been on Phase 1 for almost a week now. It seems so much easier for me this time, but it probably has a lot to do with the fact the my husband and a good friend is doing it with me. We have shopped and have everything prepared and ready when hunger strikes. I am LOVING looking through all of your recipes.....I am always excited to try something new <------ I love that guy!!!
