Ive hrd of it. But have to agree with Nichole it is mostly about the low cal., low fat and high water content. Mayb a few cal. get lost burnin fiber but not as much as the diuretic affect of the veg & fruits.
unless you want to go vegan you might get bored and will prob. gain it all back. Sorry
Wish I could be more positive. Keeping working at the wt loss though
