How to divide points for the day?

  • How many points do you allow yourself for breakfast, lunch, snack(s), and dinner?
  • That is totally up to you how you divide your points up for the day. I tend to eat my highest pt meal for dinner but some days it is lunch. It again depends on what I have planned for the day.
  • I don't think it makes much of a difference as long as you are eating the correct number of points....

    I personally am not hungry in the morning/early afternoon so I use most of my points later in the evening.
  • It's really best to divide them up to suit your body & it's needs.
