I used to have something from WW that gave break downs of how we can use our points, so that we get what we need nutritionally. It also helped break plataus (plat tose), because we could see if we were eating something like too many carbs.
Kelly ( Cowboy Up chick) has posted a huge thing about plateau busting ideas, including a link to that info. The link doesn't work anymore.
Does anyone know where I could find this?
I do ww on my own, with out meetings and with out etools.
I do it on my own too. Sounds like you have been very successful as well. Thanks for the post and asking for the links.
these rock! i couldnt find my WW eating guide! thanks
Thank you for the info! I think that's even more than I had last time!
It's extremely helpful. I dig that there's structure, but it's more of a kindly suggestion not a 'you must eat this, and you must avoid that like the plague'.
Thanks again!

I didn't even know WW had an eating guide! Thanx so much!
You are all very welcome. I'm just glad I could help!
These are awesome! Very helpful, thanks!!
This has already really helped me. It makes me feel more in control. I just divided the points of the smart ones I eat depending on how much of it's meat, or rice or whatever.
I found I don't eat as many carbs as i thought, but that I am low on some of the other things, like fats.
