Another week.... I missed out on my 3 days...poo, but I'll go for it again this week, even if I can't jump around and all that good stuff...
I moved today with an act of GOD but i moved!!
i did a warm up on the eliptical for 100 cals then hit the upper body.

I am doing three sets of 16 water areobic's that work on the arms,legs, hips,and waist thighs and upper arms are stressed in this work out as you could hide a Volkswagon in my upper arms
and thighs and hips are pure jello! I work out most every day for about two hours a day. So far I have gone from doing 10 a piece to 40 except the water crunches which I could only do 5 of to begin with but I am now up to 20. Hubby and I talked about the end of pool season and have decided we would walk together every evening after pool season.I also have bands to work with and I have to find my weight set I have from rehab. So I will work out my program way ahead and be ready to keep it all going. Having had a personal trainer years ago I know what I have to do I just have to get my plan together and get set up to go. I must be prepared.

monday did great upper bodyu workout!!
tuesday hit the elliptical for 10 min 150 cals then gret lower body
wed elliptical for 11 min 165 cals then gretupper workout. i think i will be sore. so if that is not incentie enough to get back op after that ahrd workout i do not know what will do it for me!
I've been less than enthusiastic about exercise the last 2 weeks, so yesterday I bought a cheapie CD player to use on the treadmill. Walked 40 minutes this morning!!!
well, I'm doing bad on exercise at the moment. Missed all yesterday because I spent it with my Mom. Today it's about 100 degrees outside and I couldn't do the pool because I had an appointment at the scheduled time. So, other than walking down to my neighbor's to see her new grandbaby (and back= a grand total of a block or so), that's it.
Will pool it tomorrow. I promise me.
Today I walked a mile with the girls. It was HOT out today so I didn't want to do any more. I am going to do a video and some weights today.

Well, I did get some small spurts of exercise in this week, I just haven't felt much like posting, I had one of those evil cases of the blahs that was gooing around... felt like I didn't need to add to the negativity... most of what I've been doing is walking, just a couple blocks at a time, don't want to stress out my ankle, but it's better than not walking at all... and last night, I didn't get all that much of an aerobic exercise, but I sure worked my core muscles to death, trying to stay up on those blades...haha, and balance myself without turning my ankles...
