Those are great tips. After Induction, some people lose faster on OWL level 1 (more veggies). I lost 30#s in 7 weeks but I weigh a lot and moved into OWL right after Induction (I'm in OWL 4 - berries now) so my weight loss rate has slowed. Still steady though.
I don't know how much you can lose by early October. All you can do is the best you can. And maybe buy a flattering outfit...and some Spanx.
