Stuck big time and need some advice!!

  • Hi everyone! I've been doing WW for quite some time now and i've had pretty good results following the flex plan but for the past year, (yes a whole darn year!) I've been compeletly stuck in the high 160's! I'd really, really love to get into the 150's even if it's 159, i just want to get down there! The lowest weight i've gotten to is 162 and that lasted probably a day. Anyhoo, I was wondering if anyone has tried or if anyone has had good results points cycling, or one day high another day low.....etc. Any advice would be much appreciated!! Thanks ladies!!
  • Wish I could help but like you I am stuck stuck stuck....in the past 8 weeks I have lost 4.5 pounds and I want so badly to get to the 140's. I follow and stay within all my points, exercise and earn ap points to the tune of more than 28 per week... and the scale does not move...the lowest I have been in the past year was 152 and then I ballooned back up to 165.

    I know I am whinning when what I really want is wine LOL

    So to anyone who has an insight please pass it on
  • What are you eating? Perhaps if you posted a sample day these lovely women would have some suggestions.
  • well for me it is:
    B english muffin with egg beater, 1 slice of laughing cow cheee
    S usually a piece of fruit or raw veggies with dip
    L Stir fry veggies or veggie soup
    S more fruit or veggie
    D a protien (fish, chicken) usually one or two veggies, a couple of glasses of wine
    S either none or mirco fat free popcorn or dill pickles
    Activity--1 hour of heavy cardio 5 days a week- more or less (walk/jog -- dvd's etc.--weights)
