I'm new to diet blogging (started a few weeks ago before I found this site) and I find that I'm struggling with what and how much to share. It's more difficult than I thought to share personal details but I feel that my posts would probably be better if I did.
My motivation in starting the blog was to share my stories with others (because a lot of people were asking me) but also to HEAR others stories because that's where I get a lot of motivation.
So for those who read or write blogs: how much do you share? And for readers - what to you most want to hear about?
