had a great day with my mom and SIL and niece, but did have a couple extra carbs, so......we shall see what the morning brings.

I was cleaning out a closet and found the old box of photos. It is sad, because there are so many moments that I am in none of the photos. I was too embarrased. But then I found the ones from when I was thinner. Near my goal weight and found them to be very uplifting and a great motivator. So, I think that I shall carry them around with me and not be afraid to be in photos anymore!!! Thanks for listening girls!
