    So I am new, my name is Katie and I'm a 21 year old psychology major from Georgia. I recently got engaged to my guy from England and am hoping to get healthier before my big move there next summer. I feel as if I don't get heathier now, I never will be able too. I'm pretty clueless about exercising and hope to gain knowledge and tips on this forum while providing support. I know I'll be needing some too!
