Running playlists

  • Does anyone else out there like to run with music? If so, what are your favourite playlist songs?
  • I have all different kinds of music on my play list for running and biking. A few were suggestions from here, so its not music I'd necessarily pick on my own, but I like it now, and its good for working out.

    My favorites are:

Francesca Battistelli - Its your life
    Heather Small - Proud
Shakira - She Wolf, La Tortura

  • Awesome list!

    I also have:

Lady Gaga: Poker Face and Just Dance
    Madonna: 4 Minutes

That's all I can think of right now. I am kind of getting tired of the"same ole same ole" so it is time to shake it up a bit.
  • Fantastic! I've been getting tired of the "Same-old" as well so I'm looking forward to adding some of the selections listed so far.
  • This is a awesome topic, I really need ot make a playlist for running since my normal music doesn't always cut it.
So I'll just list some songs I would like on my future playlist:

    April March - Chick Habit
    Beatles - Because
Black eyed Peas - Pump It
Brian Setzer & Big Bad Voodoo Daddy - Jump Jive An' Wail
CJ Crew - Rhythm and Police (KOG G3 Mix) (This song is from DDR, which can be a great workout in itself by the way!)
    M.I.A. - Paper Planes
    No Doubt - I'm Just a Girl
Sam Roberts - Bridge to Nowhere
    Stevie Wonder - Sir Duke
Glenn Miller - In the Mood
The Bangles- Walk Like an Egyptian
The Hives - Die, All Right
Van Morrison - Brown Eyed Girl
    Weezer - Don't Let Go

I have no rhyme or reason. It's all because I either like the songs and they'll distract me from thinking about how much I'm sweating or how tired my body is, or because they pump me up.
So I guess that is reason enough
