It is my TOM and I have cheated today. I had some soda, popcorn, and little Halloween cake snacks!!! I feel bad but I will pick myself back up tomorrow and continue.....

I don't. I just decide not to veer off plan except for the very very rare occasion and even then it is planned and minor.

Yeah, I'm getting close to TOM and I feel my willpower melting away. I'm not sure if I would be able to turn down the same warm chocolate chip cookies that I did at the beginning to the week!
