So this is my first post. I am called Lucy (obviously hehe) and I liven England. I study Fine Art at Uni here and I live with a friend whom I adore but I cannot confide in. So I thought it best to try a support thing online since I am on my computer alot. I am on antidepressants (Sertraline 100mgs once a day) but I don't feel any different. I constantly feel unfeminine and alone.

I weigh 15 stone, this is the most I have ever weighed in my life. I have not had a boyfriend or sexual contact since I was 18, I am now 22 and feel utterly alone. I think it is due to my issues with myself which I have had for as long as I can remember.

I hope I can confide in you guys :]

And I hope you know that you are a beautiful person and even though you dont feel that way you need to know that! Because sometimes the way you feel about yourself impacts how people feel about you. I'm on antidepressants, too. C'est la vie. They help, but only if I keep reaching out when I'm feeling down or overwhelmed. I think you've come to the right place for support with weight and everything else- since its all connected. You can do this!

Welcome, sweet Lucy. The nice thing about 3FC is that there are a lot of people here that understand things you are going through which I hope, helps to take away the loneliness you are feeling, even just a bit. You came to the right place.

I totally get this. I've tried to be more positive but its v hard for me, I've never liked myself really. But your right people walk all over you when they know you can't stand up for yourself.
