Do any of u know any good sites to go to where i can find out how many calories i need to be eating n how long i should exercise for? i am at a plateau and don't know what to do. help
I love livestrong/ the daily plate. I use it religiously. It counts your calories, bmi, exercise tips and also has good groups to join.
no wonder y im not losing weight im supp to eating 1400 cal ive been eating 1800 cal.
That Daily Plate site is excellent. You can search for just about anything and it has it, with the calorie count and everything.
I recommend it for sure!
