If it makes you feel any better, not EVERYone "is". I had a fantastic on plan weekend. Even went to a Karaoke BAR - didn't drink. Went out to a diner afterward and had a pepper, mushroom, and onion egg white omlette while all my friends ate cheeseburgers, fries, pancakes and that kind of stuff. Sunday was even better. I think it's the first time I went under my calories in ions.
PLAN out those weekends ladies. Plan em', plan em', and then plan em' some more. Add in some treats - on plan treats that is. My latest weekend treat is a peach/blueberry crumble (minus the crumble). Keep busy. Keep focused. And come Monday morning you will be feeling all wonderful!
