  • Oh my-hello Monday! When I fall off the wagon-I FALL off the wagon! Haven't exercised since Wednesday and I ate like I'd never get another meal...every meal, everyday...Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!!
    I was a snacking machine and a) I'm not a snacker and b) I've been working so hard and just sabotaged myself....

    I'm not going to let it get me down...I'm heading out to the gym right now and will feel better when I'm done....

    Focus, focus, focus!!
  • You can do this! I know it's hard to get motivated when you are off plan for a few days, but just get through it and move forward.
  • I ate pretty badly Saturday and Sunday, too. I'm back on the wagon today, though! Good luck!
  • Before yesterday evening, when I went out for a run, I hadn't exercised in a whole week. Now I've clambered back on and am hanging on to this wagon cos it's my only ticket out of doomsville. You can do the same

  • I totally feel you!! This weekend was HORRIBLE for me too. But we are back, that has to count for something, right? WE CAN DO THIS!!
  • I totally feel you. I haven't worked out since Thursday because I was incredibly sore and then I ate off plan Friday and Sunday. So I'm right there with ya.
  • What is it with everyone lately??? It's not a full moon, it's not the equinox or anything. I've read dozens of confessions today about how crappy people did over the weekend. Makes me wanna go pig out!

  • Okay, that was kind of mean. Told you guys Onederchick is a lot nicer than I am.

    If it makes you feel any better, not EVERYone "is". I had a fantastic on plan weekend. Even went to a Karaoke BAR - didn't drink. Went out to a diner afterward and had a pepper, mushroom, and onion egg white omlette while all my friends ate cheeseburgers, fries, pancakes and that kind of stuff. Sunday was even better. I think it's the first time I went under my calories in ions.

    PLAN out those weekends ladies. Plan em', plan em', and then plan em' some more. Add in some treats - on plan treats that is. My latest weekend treat is a peach/blueberry crumble (minus the crumble). Keep busy. Keep focused. And come Monday morning you will be feeling all wonderful!
  • I don't remember if my Saturday was on plan, I think it was for the most part. I do remember Sunday being close to perfect. I even went out for lunch and ate 1/2 of what I would've eaten(made good choices too). I had a light dinner and I exercised twice yesterday.

    Actually, seeing other people go off plan just motivates me to stay on plan because I read about how bad they feel afterward (physically & mentally) and I know how that feels and I hate it with a passion!

    Don't worry and keep focusing! You'll be able to fight those urges off. My prayers are with you
