daily goals, and achievements:

  • OK, day 2. Have to admit I faultered a bit later last night, and went over the cals and fat limit...need to be more careful today!
    fruit for breakfast...has anyone else heard about how fruit is better for you when eaten on an empty stomach?
    now getting ready to take a walk, then clean house. Stay busy, so I dont snack.

  • Day 3...
    First let me say that I didnt get all the exercise i should have for day 2...but my goal is to increse for today, so hope it balances...
    started with fruit today, will move into proteins. Still doing the old fashioned counting cals and fat grms...that helps keep me in check, tho...actual numbers on paper!!
    Sundays can be hard, especially since the bf usually wants to go out to eat.
