New!!!

  • Well I finally started back on my diet well lifestyle change! Iam excited but nervous because of all the failed attempts before. I want to lose 40-50 pounds, but my short goal is to lose 20! So far since I've started i have lost 9 pounds. I just need motivation to keep going and keep me on track!

    Well I think you'll like it here everyone is very suppostive and friendly. There is even a thread to help keep you accountable with exercise and everyone cheers everyone else on. I post there a lot it keeps me on track.
