    Hi Everyone!

    I had one of those days where I am just fed up with my weight, I know I have to do something about it and I found this forum to offer me support and learn from all your experiences as well as share my own.

    I am looking forward to growing (smaller) with you all.

    I'm new here 2...i was already dieting before I joined and was googling foods that would fill me up and I landed here somehow, I thought maybe this could really help me there's lots of people with similar stories as mine and I'm so happy I found this place its great and I hope I'm actualy able to stick with it this time! I wana be smaller 2 Good luck and wish u all the best!
