New to WW and to 3FC!

  • Hi! I just found this website today. I am on day 3 of WW, I am just doing it myself. I researched different websites and remembered from when I did it awhile ago. I'm doing the Flex Plan.
    I am 25 and have a 1 year old son. We want another baby, so I am trying to get my weight back close to normal! I weighed 145 pre-pregnancy and gained most of my weight AFTER having my son. Ready to see some changes!!
    Anyone out there kinda in my shoes?!?!
  • I am glad I found you here! I am exactly the same. I weighed 150 before having my daughter and did fine until she was a month old. Then started gaining and ended at 234, made it back to 205 and found out I am pregnant with my son. Now that he is 9 months old, I am finding my way back from the 234 in to 209.
    I totally understand that and people don't believe me when I say I put on after the delivery process. They think I shouldn't be eating too much I think, :-(
    But, you will get rid of all that, look at you.. already 23 lbs lighter, WTG!

    We all are struggling to lose those pounds and have a million reasons why we got this way in the first place. But we are here now and have the support of others who all know how hard it can be to stay focused...

    So I encourge you to post often and will love to hear more from you and your journey to your goal
  • I am glad someone is here on this site its hard to find someone to talk too. I am finding it hard to do WW on my own because I cheat on myself. I know you just let it go and start over but how many times do I kick myself for doing that. Help me if you can I need to focus. I have weigh about 202 and I dont have to be a model I just want to feel good. I would love to weigh about 175 but 160 would be great. HELP Thanks

    You don't say what plan you are follwoing but I assume since you are on ww that is your lifestyle of choice.


    The best way to focus is to plan plan plan your meals and snacks in advance and journal....it really does keep you going. If you like to try new recipe ideas go check out all the ww receipes on this site as well as others. I have found some awesome ones. Soon you will find recipes for the things you truly enjoyed in your other life that taste even better and are ww friendly
