I'm a weight loser form the with some questions about diet pills. I was hoping someone here could help.

Sandra...I am not a user of diet pills. The idea of them scares me. I have done many different diets, and I know they are not much better. This time I am going to try to eat less and move more. I am wanting to make a change that I can live with, because I do not ever want to have to do this again. I wish you well.
