New and Looking for Support

  • Hello everyone.... I am new to this site and I thought I'd take a moment to introduce myself...

I am a 25 year old college attendee! I plan to graduate from Baker in June of 2010, and I can't wait. The main purpose of this blog is to have a place to vent about live and my daily struggles. To make a long story short, I've been on a quest for weightloss basically my entire life. It wasn't until September of 2005 that I decided to get serious about it.

I started my journey weighing a hefty 238lbs!! I ended up losing over 80lbs, and today I am at 165lbs! It's been a wonderful experience, but I am still not satisfied with the results. I am a very active person, participating in Tae Kwon Do and Aerobic Kickboxing 3-5days a week, and I eat pretty healthy... but I've seemed to plateau a bit.

So I'm not really new to weightloss, however I've found that lately it's been really hard to continue losing....

These forums look really interesting and I bet they are full of usefull information. Lately I took up blogging to also help with my weightloss.
Does anyone else have a blog they'd like to share? Have you found this usefull? I've been using it for just about anything, but mainly weightloss as it's a constant on my mind. (I'd post my blog link but I can't until I post enough in your forums.)

*It's great to meet everyone and I look forward to getting to know you!!
