Had a Sephora make-over last night (FUN!!!) and afterwards we went to Tim Hortons for coffee. Everyone got donuts and I saw that new Blueberry one but told myself that I don't really need it, especially that fat and sugar just before bed. So......I resisted the temptation and although my mouth almost said "donut" I made myself get a whole grain muffin instead. At 300 calories it wasn't a great choice but better than the donut, I'm sure.
For all you Canadians, if you go to Tim Hortons, what do you order? I'll have to get a nutritional chart and read it. I didn't want to do that when I ordered last night b/c there was a big lineup and I'm sure no one wanted me standing there peering over a chart to see what I could eat. I think the bagel might be more calories than the muffin.
