Okay... so let's check in at some point this week. We'll say the challege started on the 4th since that's when the last one ended.
So, just 5 days into it... but here are my goals and how I did:
1). Lose 10 pounds by Labor Day
** Down 1.5 so far.....
2). Limit alcohol consumption to 4 drinks a week (usually it's 4 a month, but it's the summer!)
**Didn't happen. I drank a total of 11 drinks this week. AGH! Better next week.
3). Weight train 3X per week
** I did streangth strain 3X already and plan to tonight also.
4). Swim 4X per week
Have swam, have swum (??) 3 times so far... and tomorrow will make it 4X
ADDITION - last week I didn't journal and I would like to add that to my list of goals during the challenge.
** Journaling today so far!
