*We did this exercise in a psychology class I took my first year of college and it's really good for the self esteem!*
We're beautiful ladies no matter what we weigh! We just have to learn to appreciate ourselves a pound at a time!! I may not be at my goal weight and I'm a far cry from skinny, but I have to appreciate what I do see when I look in the mirror. So tell me, what are some of the things you love about yourself?? Beautiful eyes, a smile to die for, curves in places that are 100% female?? Regardless of our shape, color, or size we are women and we are beautiful!!
