Last night I started making a list of reasons why I wanted to lose weight and I started to wonder what are the reasons some of you have for losing weight and getting healthy. My list is long but some of them are:
1. To shop at any store I want because I know they'll have my size.
2. Being fit enough to walk up a flight of stairs without gasping for breath.
3. To be healthy enough to have children some day.
4. To no longer be the fat sidekick.
5. To no longer hear "You have such a great personality" (I know this is true)
6. To be the best version of myself
7. To wake up in the morning and no longer think about my weight
8. So my weight will no longer be my excuse for not doing something
9. To finally see something through to the end
10. To be my own success story
