
So, I got down to 171.6, so stinking close to a healthy weight(169)! I fell so hard off the wagon, I'm still in pain. I've managed to stay between 176 and 179, today it was 178.6. I just need to stay on plan from today on.
I need to get on the daily plate every day. I need to do the elliptical at least 4 times a week and pilates/yoga about 5 times a week. I need to stick to my calories without going over. I can and will do this. I have to do this. I can't let it get too much more out of hand...
