Hey all!
Just here to say that after trying WW and loosing about 14 lbs I am thinking I am going to try calorie counting now. I have a feeling this might be a bit of a better fit for myself. I am 5'3" and currently weight about 148 lbs. I am gonna try 1200 calories a day and see how it goes. Wish me luck...any tips??
