Hello all! My name is Nikki, I am 31 and I am ready to change my life. I am looking for support in my long journey to a healthy lifestyle. I have been overweight for a long time, now I am ready to move forward and lose this weight. I am a little nervous because I have always failed before, but I can't fail this time. I am not going to fail! I know I will have ups and downs, but hopefully with the support of my brothers, this forum and God I will reach my goal to healthy living.
