So after going to the gym today, before work me and the BF went to Dunkin Donuts. Since we both work at his family's business, we bought a dozen donuts for everyone. I ended up getting my regular iced caramel latte, w/skim milk, no sugar no whip, (I get a latte from DD 2 times a week) I know - a bad habit that needs to be broken. And I also got a wake up wrap w/bacon - which isn't too bad in calories. I usually get a donut with my coffee, so now all I can think about is those donuts that are three feet away from me, but now I can't see them b/c they are in the fridge. Hopefully this post will help keep me in line so I DONT TOUCH THEM! It's TOM so I've been snacking on Cinnamin rolls the past couple days - I LOVE cinnamon... but now its time to be good! Thanks everyone for your support!
don't do it! the simple carbs and sugars will just have you craving even more! snack on something with protein and fiber and feel good about fighting the temptation!

I sort of agree..... you should fight the temptation. But sometimes (if you love food as much as I do) you have to give in and allow yourself a treat. Otherwise, that's all you will think about and you might later on eat something worse.
Well... I did have one donut, for lunch. So I didn't do too bad today. Thank you both for keeping me in check!
