Donuts staring @ me.

  • So after going to the gym today, before work me and the BF went to Dunkin Donuts. Since we both work at his family's business, we bought a dozen donuts for everyone. I ended up getting my regular iced caramel latte, w/skim milk, no sugar no whip, (I get a latte from DD 2 times a week) I know - a bad habit that needs to be broken. And I also got a wake up wrap w/bacon - which isn't too bad in calories. I usually get a donut with my coffee, so now all I can think about is those donuts that are three feet away from me, but now I can't see them b/c they are in the fridge. Hopefully this post will help keep me in line so I DONT TOUCH THEM! It's TOM so I've been snacking on Cinnamin rolls the past couple days - I LOVE cinnamon... but now its time to be good! Thanks everyone for your support!
  • don't do it! the simple carbs and sugars will just have you craving even more! snack on something with protein and fiber and feel good about fighting the temptation!

  • I sort of agree..... you should fight the temptation. But sometimes (if you love food as much as I do) you have to give in and allow yourself a treat. Otherwise, that's all you will think about and you might later on eat something worse.
  • Well... I did have one donut, for lunch. So I didn't do too bad today. Thank you both for keeping me in check!
