  • I'd say you could bump up your calories a bit. However, you're not at a bad weight for your height right now, and you're in that dreaded "<20 pounds left to lose" range, so I'm not sure if you'll be able to keep up the 1.5/week loss. Your weight loss might just be naturally slowing down as your body approaches a weight it's happy with.

    I'd eat more, but you also didn't answer a very important question -- are you hungry? That could be your body telling you it needs more calories.

  • I have to agree with Rebound. As your body approaches its "comfortable" weight, it's harder to get rid of the last few pounds. If you're burning that many calories, I'd definitely say increase your caloric intake. If you have a juicer, try drinking a fresh vegetable juice after your runs every other day (2 carrots, 2 celery stalks, 1 small beet, 1/2 cucumber, 1/4 inch piece of ginger root, 1 apple......it's good!) and that will add very healthy calories and other health benefits as well.
