Hi! I'm Amanda and I have just turned 24. I will be going on job interviews this spring and would like to lose the college weight that looks so lovely on me. I was about 140 when I graduated HS in 2003 and I am currently 180. My goal is about 150, but I'd love to get back to the pre-college weight. Possibly by Christmas?
I had a friend give me their "Hip Hop Abs" DVDs, and I've tried them for a couple of days. I actually kind of like them, but I wondered if anyone else has tried them or any other Beachbody products? So far I'm also using a computer application that records my caloric intake and exercise called CalorieKing. Any comments on what the best app is?
I know that basically I need to eat better, eat less, and move more. Any other ideas that may help? Thanks!
