Juliej08 I don't think we have a structure at the moment lol!
Lately I've been losing around 2 lbs. a week when I actually stick to my workouts and of course going vegan about 5 weeks ago has been helping me sooooo much! so 2 lbs. a week for 3 weeks I'll make my goal a nice safe 6 lbs. for now. If I lose more great but I'm trying to lose at a healthy pace. Yay for the new challenge!!!!
